Joao Kleber Cardoso

Joao Kleber Cardoso began their career as an intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2002. Joao Kleber then worked as a Business Analyst and later as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture from 2005 to 2010. In 2010, they had a summer role as a Summer Associate at A.T. Kearney. Joao Kleber rejoined A.T. Kearney in 2011 as a Senior Associate and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Joao was the Manager of Strategic Planning & M&A at MOVER Participaçoes. Joao Kleber then joined Santista as Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Joao holds the position of Vice President of Finance at Aura Minerals Inc since March 2019 and also serves as their Chief Financial Officer, starting in February 2020.

Joao Kleber Cardoso completed their education in a chronological manner. In 1999 to 2004, they attended Universidade Estadual de Campinas and obtained a degree in Economics. Then, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Most recently, in 2021 to 2022, Joao completed the Chief Financial Officer Program at Columbia Business School with a focus on Business and Finance.
