Jorge Alberto Aguilar Hernandez

Jorge Alberto Aguilar Hernandez is an experienced geologist with extensive expertise in mining and exploration. Currently serving as Jefe de Geología at Aura Minerals Inc. since July 2020, Jorge has previously held key positions including Jefe Exploración at Santacruz Silver Mining Ltd. and Geólogo Senior de Mina at Leagold Mining Corporation. With a solid foundation established at Primero Mining Corp and Desarrollo Minero Unificado de Mexico, Jorge has developed significant skills in logging, structural description, mapping, and geological interpretation, particularly in mineral deposits. Jorge holds a Master's degree in Geosciences and Territorial Planning with a focus on mineral deposits from Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo.
