Abhay Misra is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Operations at Aura Semiconductor since June 2018, Abhay also contributes as a board member for TriggerPoint Media. Prior roles include Vice President of Manufacturing Technology and Operations at RFMicron, Inc. and Vice President of Operations at Javelin Semiconductor, which was acquired by Avago Technologies. Prior to that, Abhay held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Operations at Cubic Wafer Inc., acquired by Intellectual Ventures, and Director of Manufacturing Technology at Silicon Laboratories during its IPO in 2000. Abhay's career began at Cyrix, where responsibilities included Director of Worldwide Foundry Operations, coinciding with the company's IPO in 1993 and later acquisition by National Semiconductor. Abhay earned BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University and completed secondary education at Kabulonga Boys Secondary School in Lusaka, Zambia.
