Vlad Lepadatu

Vlad Lepadatu has an extensive work history in various roles and industries. Vlad currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Aurachain, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Delivery Lead for the same company from March 2020 to February 2023.

Before joining Aurachain, Vlad held roles at AGYS AG, starting as a Senior Business Analyst from May 2014 to May 2015, and then as the Business Analysis Manager from May 2015 to March 2020.

Vlad also worked as a Senior Business Solutions Consultant at Star Storage from September 2012 to April 2014, and as a Senior CRM Consultant at Oracle from November 2010 to August 2012. In their role at Oracle, Vlad was responsible for delivering customer relationship management software implementations to multinational companies in the banking and telecommunications industries. Vlad also held roles as a functional consultant, project manager, and team lead.

Vlad's career in project management began at Rompetrol, where they worked as a Management Trainee from November 2007 to May 2008, and later as a Project Manager from June 2008 to November 2010.

Vlad Lepadatu has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including RPA Developer Foundation from UiPath in 2017, Certified Business Analysis Professional from IIBA in 2013, Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering from IREB in 2013, and Siebel 8 Certified Expert from Oracle in 2010.
