Today, road freight operations still run on people, phone calls, WhatsApp threads, spreadsheets and fragmented legacy systems. Dispatchers coordinate routes, drivers, exceptions, customers, documents and compliance manually, often without a full real-time picture of the operation.

We believe this is about to change fundamentally.

Aurafleet brings the whole operation into one command centre for operators and one simple mobile layer for drivers. Instead of only collecting data and showing dashboards, Aurafleet interprets operational data, recommends actions, lets the human confirm, and then executes.

Our first product is already live with paying customers. In pilots, we have shown around 70% workflow automation and up to 20% fuel savings potential. The long-term vision is even bigger: enabling one dispatcher to manage 50+ trucks and making Operations-as-a-Service possible for European road freight companies.

Aurafleet is based in Finland and built by a team combining deep road freight domain knowledge, enterprise software experience, AI research and hands-on sales execution.
