Nilesh Inge

Nilesh Inge is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over a decade in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at Varroc Engineering Ltd since July 2016, Nilesh has also held the position of HR Officer at MASPL since May 2015. Prior to these roles, Nilesh gained valuable experience as an HR & Admin Assistant at Creative Engineering Services from June 2012 to May 2015, and as an HR Executive at SD Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. from June 2010 to March 2012. Nilesh holds a Master of Personnel Management degree with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Dr. Rafiq Zakariya Higher Learning & Research Center, completed between 2015 and 2017, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saraswati Bhuvan Commerce & Arts College, obtained from 2008 to 2011.
