Heidi Deschamps

Heidi Deschamps is an accomplished program management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at Aura since October 2019, Heidi previously held positions at QuickBase, Inc. from March 2016 to October 2019, where responsibilities included managing Order Management and Business Enablement teams and coordinating strategic initiatives across business units. At Endurance International Group from January 2013 to March 2016, Heidi excelled as a Program Manager, effectively planning and implementing organizational programs while enhancing communication and transparency among teams. Early in career at Acquia from February 2008 to December 2012, Heidi contributed as a Customer Advocacy Manager and Operations Manager, focusing on customer success and operational efficiency. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simmons College in Boston, MA.
