Frank Janse van Rensburg

Frank Janse van Rensburg serves as the Marketing Lead for the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences at the University of Melbourne since November 2021, while simultaneously holding the position of Senior Marketing and Communications Advisor at Aurecon since June 2016. At Aurecon, Frank leads employer brand strategy across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, with notable achievements including a 40% increase in graduate and internship applications and multiple awards for marketing excellence. Previous roles include Senior Marketing Communications and Recruitment Coordinator at La Trobe University, Digital Communications Officer at the Independent Broad-based Anti-corruption Commission, and various marketing positions at Kingston University London and Rio Tinto. Frank holds a Bachelor of Mass Communication in Public Relations and Advertising from Queensland University of Technology and additional qualifications in digital marketing and project management.
