Kaixin Yao

Kaixin (Cathy) Yao is a Senior Consultant in Program Performance at Aurecon, where they manage project control teams and support procurement processes. They are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management at UNSW Sydney, following their Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering with First Class Honours from Monash University. Kaixin held various roles at Hume Building Products, including Branch Supervisor, where they developed strong customer service and relationship-building skills. They also gained valuable experience as a Contract Administrator at Perfection Interior Group, and completed an internship at ClimateWorks Australia focused on emissions reduction in the building sector.
