Minoli de Silva

Minoli De Silva is an accomplished Design Engineering Manager at Aurecon, a position held since May 2018. Prior to this role, Minoli served as a Project Engineer at CSL from January 2014 to May 2018, where expertise was applied in pharmaceutical manufacturing, particularly in flu harvesting and filtration, as well as recombinant protein facilities. Earlier experience includes working as a Graduate Project/Process Engineer at United Petroleum Pty Ltd, focusing on capital and maintenance projects for the Dalby Ethanol Bio-Refinery, and as a Senior School Teacher at St Joseph Convent School, teaching chemistry, mathematics, and physics to senior students. Minoli holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering (Hons) from RMIT University, earned from 2007 to 2011.
