Neil Naismith is currently a Newcastle Lead in Asset Management at Aurecon, where they oversee the delivery of asset management initiatives globally. With over 10 years of experience in professional asset management consulting and 25 years in operations management within the engineering, energy, and steel sectors, Neil has managed a variety of projects including asset compliance audits and the introduction of CMMS systems. Prior to their current role, Neil served as Office Manager for Aurecon's Newcastle business and held senior operations management positions at OneSteel, successfully restructuring manufacturing assets and personnel to improve profitability. Neil is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering at the University of Newcastle.
