Sifa Pole is a highly experienced engineering professional, currently serving as a Lead Engineer at Aurecon since November 2025. Prior to this role, Sifa spent over eleven years at Watercare Services Limited, holding multiple managerial positions such as Manager Design & Construction, Design Delivery Manager for Assets Upgrades & Renewals, and Operations Manager for Southern Networks, where responsibilities included regional management support for water and wastewater assets. Sifa also served as Operations Controller for Southern Wastewater and Wastewater Transmission, overseeing teams and optimizing network performance. Earlier in the career, Sifa worked as a Site Engineer on the Waterview Tunnel Project with Brian Perry and gained initial experience as a Graduate Structural Engineer at CLC Consulting Group Ltd. Sifa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from the University of Auckland.
