Steve Pennisi

Steve Pennisi is a seasoned Project and Program Director currently at Aurecon, specializing in early phase studies and execution phase construction projects across diverse industries. With a strong background as Operations Manager at Seqwater, overseeing Gated Dam Operations and Drinking Water Treatment Production, as well as serving as General Manager for Sustaining Capital, Steve has demonstrated expertise in project lifecycle management and operational efficiency. Previous roles at Aurecon included Principal Consultant and Operations Leader, focusing on enhancing project delivery and managing teams in the Resources and Manufacturing sectors. Additionally, Steve's military service as a Commissioned Officer in the Australian Army honed leadership skills in high-pressure environments.
