Mark Guest

Mark Guest is a seasoned professional specializing in strategy and transformation within the private equity sector. Currently serving as Strategy and Transformation Manager for WaterRise at AURELIUS since April 2024, Mark focuses on transforming and growing private equity-backed businesses. Prior to this role, Mark spent over six years at KPMG Boxwood, starting as an Assistant Manager and then advancing to Manager, delivering business transformation for various clients. Mark began a career at KPMG UK as an Audit Associate in the Private Equity Group, where responsibilities included advising on buy and sell-side due diligence. Earlier experience includes working as a Lifeguard at Everybody Active. Mark holds a BSc in Accounting from the University of Exeter, is a qualified Chartered Accountant through ICAS, and is also a qualified ski instructor from the Viennese Ski and Snowboard Instructor Federation in Austria.
