Andreas Wombacher

Andreas Wombacher is an experienced professional in digital transformation and Industry 4.0, currently serving as an expert in Industrial Digital Transformation at Aurelius Enterprise since January 2021. Prior to this role, Andreas worked as a Managing Consultant at Wipro from October 2015 to January 2021, specializing in data science and Smart Manufacturing. Previous positions include Data Scientist at Achmea and Assistant Professor at the University of Twente, where contributions were made to the Database Group. Andreas has also held roles at Nspyre as a Senior Management Consultant, and has extensive research experience from postdoctoral positions at EPFL IC LSIR and the University of Twente. Andreas began a research career at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, focusing on workflows and services. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computer Science and a Dipl Inf from Technische Universität Darmstadt, along with a Basis Qualifikatie Onderwijs from the University of Twente.
