Kristy Hegwood

Kristy Hegwood is an experienced operations analyst currently working at Aureon Consulting since March 2022, focusing on systems and data management for the Applicant Tracking System and CRM, while serving as a subject matter expert for the Recruiting and Management Team. Previous roles include client service specialist positions at ethOs and Holmes Murphy & Associates, where Kristy contributed to organizational culture and engagement initiatives, as well as co-owner and COO of Boozy Scoop, which specialized in wine-infused ice cream. Kristy also owned and operated Kristy's Cuddly Kids Daycare, managing all aspects of the business, and held various positions at Automatic Data Processing and Principal Financial Group, accumulating a diverse skill set in client service, technology, and data management. Kristy holds education credentials from Des Moines Area Community College and Iowa State University.
