Benjamin Dowell

Benjamin Dowell is the President of Aureon Energy and Turret Advisory. They previously served as President of Chamberlain Advisors from 2020 to 2024, establishing a retained executive search and talent advisory practice and redesigning client-facing talent acquisition processes that tripled client retention. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Principal Consultant, Engagement Manager at Korn Ferry, focusing on human capital strategy, executive assessment, and organizational development for clients in private equity, financial services, healthcare, technology, and government. Dowell served in the US Army from 2005 to 2015 as an Engineer Officer, attaining the rank of Captain and receiving the Bronze Star Medal. They earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee (1998–2003), an MS in Engineering Management from the Missouri University of Science and Technology (2010–2011), and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management (2013–2015).
