Don Holder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and coaching within the automotive industry. As an Independent Business Owner of Double D's Restaurant since August 2025, Don has transitioned from a prominent career in automotive leadership. Currently serving as a Start Smart Coach at Dynatron Software, Inc. since October 2020, Don leverages expertise to guide and mentor individuals. Additionally, Don has held significant roles at AAA Auto, including Sr. Regional Manager, and at AAA Carolinas as Director of Car Care Operations since May 2012.
