Monika Gałkiewicz

Monika Gałkiewicz is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in management and personnel development. Currently serving as the Poland Personnel & Staffing Manager at AAA AUTO since August 2016, Monika oversees HR functions for 12 branches and 700 employees, leading a team of five. Previous roles include Senior HR Business Partner at AAA AUTO, HR Manager for Louvre Hotels Group managing HR across hotels in Poland and Germany, and HR Manager at SACEL POLSKA. Beginning a career as an HR Coordinator, Monika has consistently focused on HR processes optimization, talent management, employer branding, and payroll management. Monika holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Management with an HR specialization from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
