Pierre Marcolet

Pierre Marcolet is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in management consulting and project leadership. Since October 2014, Pierre has been associated with Aurexia as an Executive Director and Senior Consultant, previously holding positions at Natixis Assurances and BNP Paribas, where responsibilities included project management from June 2016 to March 2023. At Crédit Mutuel, Pierre developed a business and technical specification manual aimed at integrating operational teams within a newly acquired German branch. Pierre's earlier roles at Fidelity Worldwide Investment included Process Improvement Manager and Technical Consultant, where project leadership and stakeholder engagement were key responsibilities. Pierre holds a Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, and Business from Strasbourg University and a Lean Management certification from CentraleSupélec.
