Marc Flegler

Marc Flegler is Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Europe for Auria. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and Program Management functions for this region.

With more than 25 years of automotive experience, Flegler has extensive experience in global sourcing, supply chain management, negotiation strategy, organizational development, mechanical engineering, and sales management. Prior to his current position, he was Senior Vice President, Europe Soft Trim & Acoustics for International Automotive Components (IAC), responsible for Commercial, Operations, and Engineering activities for the Soft Trim business in Europe. Before that, he was Senior Vice President, Procurement for IAC, overseeing all procurement functions – direct and indirect materials procurement, supplier quality, as well as Procurement Finance and Purchasing Systems. Before joining IAC, Flegler held several positions at Harman International leading up to executive roles of global Vice President Procurement for Mechanics, and Electronics.

Flegler received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical High School of Stuttgart, Germany. He also holds a Production & Logistics bachelor's degree from the AKAD University, Lahr. He is a German national.
