Scott Shanahan

Scott Shanahan is an experienced operations and plant manager with a strong background in the automotive industry and manufacturing. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Auria since May 2023, Scott oversees day-to-day operations and production processes in a Tier 1 Automotive Soft Trim Plant. Prior roles include Director of Operations at AgriNomix LLC, where Scott focused on aligning departmental goals with company objectives and enhancing forecasting models, and Plant Manager at Comprehensive Logistics Co., Inc., where Scott emphasized continuous improvement and team communication. Scott has also held positions at Adient, IAC Group, Kaydon Corporation, Lumitex, Inc., and Johnson Controls Automotive, consistently driving key performance indicators and fostering operational efficiencies. Scott holds an MBA from Walden University and a BA in Sociology and Psychology from The University of Toledo.
