Deepak Agarwal

Deepak Agarwal has a long and varied career in the corporate world. Deepak started their career in 2008 as a Summer Intern at Hindustan Unilever Ltd. In 2009, they joined Unilever as a Hair care and Skin care Planning Manager, and later became the Cluster Industrial Performance Manager (North Asia, South East Asia & Australia). In this role, they facilitated change management by collaborating through all levels of organization and tested and executed Industrial Engineering strategy in Ice cream operations of UK, Mexico & Turkey. Deepak was also the Global Industrial Performance Manager, leading Industrial Performance governance in 9 factories across Asia, Africa, Europe and Americas. Additionally, they were the Manufacturing Manager and Business Leadership Trainee (BLT) with cross functional Business Leadership skills. In 2017, they founded and became the CEO of AURIC.

Deepak Agarwal completed their AISSCE from Apeejay School between 1991 and 2005, majoring in Non-Medical with Computers and Physical Education. Deepak then went on to pursue their BTech in Chemical Engg from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2005 to 2009. In 2012, they obtained an APICS Certified Production & Inventory Management certification from APICS USA.
