After many years of experience in contact with large, medium, small and very small companies, we felt the difficulty of keeping up with many of these with the change that surrounds them.
We think that too often the ICT is "under-weighted"​ or too busy chasing everyday life in order to make its own contribution to the evolution of the company and to manage the acceleration to which it is subjected.
Companies would like to grow and change, but there are no bridge figures able to interface with the outside world and the possibility of transferring the necessary know-how to the Company through rare and expensive resources.
We need to shift the focus from tools to processes and people and get out of the logic of outsourcing as an occasional factor or as an outsourced service of skills that the company lacks.
