Dominic Valerio

Dominic Valerio is an experienced operations professional with a substantial background in restaurant management. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Aurify Brands since December 2018, Dominic previously held the same position at Birdcall from February 2021 to March 2022. Prior to these roles, Dominic contributed to Alshaya Enterprises in various capacities, including Operations Manager and Regional Training Manager, primarily for PF Chang’s, from March 2010 to December 2018.
