Since February 2008, Louis has been a key player at Aurify Brands, focusing on systems and protocols, brand integrity, customer relations, employee development, and brand expansion. Prior to this, Louis owned and served as the head chef of Silver Spoon Restaurant from 1986 to 2006, cultivating a deep understanding of culinary excellence and business operations.
