Leonid M.

Leonid M. has extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance. Leonid started their career as a software test engineer at JSC Telma in 2004 and later joined JSC MegaFon as a software engineer in 2007. At JSC MegaFon, they worked on supporting and improving the "billing DB" for a cell operator. In 2008, Leonid joined Tecom Group as a software QA team lead, where they were responsible for designing and implementing the test process, managing a team, and implementing quality assurance tools. During this time, they also developed methodologies for collecting and analyzing defects from end users. In 2013, Leonid joined Auriga as a software QA manager and later became a project manager and head of processes and quality. Leonid'sresponsibilities included sustaining and monitoring the test process, managing a team of testers, implementing test automation frameworks, and reporting progress and results to customers.

Leonid M. completed their education at Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University n.a. R.E. Alekseev in Nizhnij Novgorod, Russia from 1993 to 1999. During this time, they obtained a degree in Magister of Technicians and Technology with a field of study in radio engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Leonid M. has acquired several certifications. Leonid obtained the certifications "BS ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems. Module 1: Introduction" and "BS ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Information Security Management Systems. Module 2: Implementation" from BSI in December 2020.

Furthermore, they completed the "Development and implementation of Quality Management System according to ISO 13485:2016. Internal Auditor. Extended overview of EN ISO 14971:2012" certification from TÜV SÜD Russia in April 2016. Prior to that, they received the "Kanban foundation training" certification from ScrumTrek in February 2015.
