James Smart

James Smart is currently the Head of Flight Operations at Aurigny Air Services, where he holds the title of Head of Aircrew Training as well. He also serves as the Director and Owner of Smart Aviation Training LTD, offering aviation consultancy services. With a background in senior training and management roles at Flybe, British Airways, and other airlines, James has extensive experience in fleet management, pilot training, and safety standards. Prior to his career in the aviation industry, he served as an RAF Officer.
