Arnaud Lacoste, PhD MBA has a long and varied career in the medical and scientific fields. Arnaud began their career in 1996 as a Special Forces member of the French Air Force - Fusiliers Commandos, Armée de l'Air. In 2005, they co-founded Inseron, Inc, where they served as Chief Scientific Officer. In 2007, they became the Director of the Rockefeller University Stem Cell Facility. From 2009 to 2021, they worked at Novartis, first as Group Head of Cell and Gene Therapies - Regenerative Medicine, and then as Project Team Leader of Stem Cells & Regenerative Medicine. In 2021, they became the Chief Scientific Officer of Aurion Biotech.

Arnaud Lacoste holds a PhD from Pierre and Marie Curie University in the field of Life Sciences, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
