Mark McDonnell

Mark McDonnell has a diverse work experience spanning various academic and industry roles. Mark currently holds the position of AI Capability Lead at Aurizn, where they continue their previous role from Consilium Technology. In their academic career, they have worked as a Senior Researcher and Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Adelaide and the University of South Australia. Mark also co-founded Athlete's AI and served as its Chief Technology Officer. Additionally, they have worked as a Machine Learning Specialist at Consilium Technology Pty Ltd. Mark McDonnell has also held visiting professor and scholar positions at the University of California San Diego, The University of British Columbia, and the University of Warwick. Mark began their career as a PhD student at the University of Adelaide.

Mark McDonnell completed their education at the University of Adelaide from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Electronic Engineering and Applied Mathematics.
