Aleisha Brookes

Aleisha Brookes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management and valuation within the property sector. Currently serving as Principal Adviser - Enterprise Risk at Aurizon since November 2022, Brookes also holds a role as Assistant Member at the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland since July 2016. Prior to these positions, Brookes worked at JLL from January 2016 to November 2022, where several titles were held, including Director, Head of Risk - Valuation Advisory and Director, Risk Manager - Valuations & Advisory. Brookes began a career in the industry with Propell National Valuers, progressing from an Assistant Valuer in 1999 to Valuer Area Manager by 2012. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Property Economics from Queensland University of Technology and professional accreditation as FAPI and Certified Practising Valuer from the Australian Property Institute.
