Nicole Allder

Nicole Allder has extensive experience in legal and corporate governance roles within various organizations. Currently serving as Company Secretary and Special Counsel at Aurizon since November 2017, Nicole provides high-quality legal advice primarily related to commercial and regulatory matters, focusing on contract drafting and organizational compliance. Previous roles include Company Secretary at LGI Ltd and Spinal Life Australia, as well as General Counsel and Company Secretary at CSG Limited, where Nicole managed legal risks and corporate governance. Earlier experience includes Deputy Company Secretary at Virgin Australia, Legal Counsel at BHP Billiton, and a Tenement Officer role. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
