Simon Daly

Simon Daly is a seasoned professional in real estate and infrastructure management with extensive experience in capital transactions and property projects. Since December 2012, Simon has served as the Capital Transactions & Infrastructure Manager at Aurizon, following a role as Manager Infrastructure Real Estate within the same company. Prior to joining Aurizon, Simon held the position of Manager Capital Transactions at QR National and served as Property Projects Manager at Queensland Rail. Simon’s career began at the Australian Valuation Office, where a significant focus was on the valuation of major portfolio assets, including those of the Department of Defence and Telstra. Simon holds a Post Graduate degree in Project Management from Queensland University of Technology and an Associate Diploma in Real Estate from The University of Queensland.
