Ray Owens

Ray Owens, MBA, currently serves as an IT Manager at Auro Hotels, focusing on improving IT service delivery and providing technical advice. Additionally, Ray is semi-retired with experience in managing Black Angus cattle at Smith Farms Angus. Previous roles include Technical Operations Analyst at Tilled, where technology evaluation and implementation were key responsibilities, and Network Engineer at ANC Group, managing network components and troubleshooting issues. Ray also worked as an Information Technology Consultant, Process Lead, Network Specialist, and Systems Administrator in various organizations. A former instructor at Virginia College, Ray taught networking technology courses and held the position of Department Chair at ITT Technical Institute, overseeing the School of Information Technology & Business. Ray holds an MBA from Anderson University and multiple degrees, including a BA in Business Information Systems and German from the University of South Carolina.
