Prior to this, they worked at Cential as a Director, leading vendor-agnostic Governance, Risk and Compliance implementations.

Roy also has experience at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where they served as an Intranet Systems Manager for both workflow and automation, as well as content management. Roy played a crucial role in managing the support and development of Hyatt's corporate intranet and various operational systems.

Before joining Hyatt, they held positions at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche, News Group International, and the United Christian Church of Dubai. Roy also worked as a Hospitality Systems Consultant at Cape Grace, Meikles Hospitality, and Park Hyatt Johannesburg.
