Xiance Wu

Xiance Wu is a Senior Design Engineer in E-motor at Volvo Cars, responsible for leading the in-house development of new projects with a market introduction planned for three years later. Key responsibilities include defining technical specifications and D-FMEA, as well as coordinating cross-functional meetings to align project activities with vehicle milestones. Previously, Xiance served as Lead Engineer at Aurobay, overseeing the 2.0T Miller cycle gasoline engine valvetrain, and as a Supervising Engineer at Volvo Cars focusing on VVT. Xiance began the career as a Product Engineer at Schaeffler. Xiance holds a Bachelor's degree in Thermal and Power Engineering from Jilin University, obtained in June 2009.
