Aditya Bochare

Aditya Bochare has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Aditya started their career in 2014 as an intern at Force Motors Ltd, where they maintained data of components in the production line. In 2015, they interned at Eicher Trucks and Buses, where they surveyed machine lines for improved production forecasting and employee management.

In 2016, Aditya worked as a Food Beverage Controller at Aramark Refreshment Services, where they maintained production and inventory sheets and organized employee shifts. Aditya then joined Field Trip Expeditions Pvt Ltd as an Operations Project Coordinator, building strong working relationships with clients and customers.

In 2017, Aditya worked as a Quality Compliance Intern at Prashanti engineering works pvt ltd, where they reduced changeover time and redesigned workflow maps.

In 2018, Aditya started working at Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. as an Industrial Engineer, where they managed customer orders and operated the warehouse control board. Aditya then became an Assistant Warehouse Manager and later a Warehouse Manager, overseeing hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations of staff, as well as managing central order processing and coordinating logistics for pharmaceutical distribution. Currently, they work as a Distribution Operations Manager, responsible for managing a large cGMP facility and overseeing a team of supervisors and associates.

Throughout their career, Aditya has demonstrated strong technical skills, data analysis abilities, and a commitment to improving processes and operations.

Aditya Bochare completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Aditya obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from Rajeev Gandhi Prodhogiki College, Saliya, Bhopal, from 2012 to 2016. Additionally, Aditya has obtained certifications such as Six Sigma: Green Belt from the Project Management Institute in May 2018 and Project Management Simplified from Lynda.com in January 2018.
