Nitesh Patel

Nitesh Patel has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Nitesh worked at Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. from 2016 to the present, starting as a Quality Assurance Associate and then progressing to the role of Quality Assurance Supervisor for specialty products. In this role, they were responsible for quality assurance in manufacturing and packaging operations of inhalation, topical, and transdermal formulations. Nitesh managed customer audits and handled various quality systems such as change management, document control, investigations and deviations, CAPA, and SOP.

Prior to their time at Aurobindo Pharma, Nitesh worked at Zydus Group from 2009 to 2015 as a Senior Research Scientist. Nitesh'smain responsibilities included working on ANDA projects in the regulated markets of the US and Europe. Nitesh played an active role in executing development batches, scaling up batches, and conducting experimental design and execution of lab scale and pilot scale developmental batches. Nitesh also conducted literature and patent research, performed risk assessments for formulation and process development, and facilitated technology transfers of developed processes and procedures.

Nitesh Patel pursued a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree from the Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research from 2003 to 2007. Nitesh then went on to complete a Master of Pharmacy degree in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences from the Institute of Science & Technology for Advance Study & Research from 2007 to 2009.
