Edmond Zhang

Edmond Zhang is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in machine learning and data analytics. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Auror since August 2024, Edmond previously held roles such as Data Science Technical Lead at Auckland Transport and Principal Data Scientist at Trade Me. Career highlights include positions at EQPai as an AI Scientist, and various roles at Orion Health, realestate.co.nz, TRA, Camera360, Wynyard Group, and Jade Software Corporation, where Edmond contributed significantly to machine learning and data science initiatives. Edmond holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science with a focus on Computer Vision and Machine Learning, as well as a Master’s Degree and Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields from The University of Waikato.
