Beka (Rebekah) Francis has a diverse work experience. Beka (Rebekah) began their career as an attorney at Polsinelli Shughart PC in March 2006 and held this position until August 2010. Following that, they worked as a Policy and Compliance Consultant at Maricopa County from August 2010 to February 2013. Beka (Rebekah) then joined Aurora Behavioral Health System as the Chief Financial Officer in February 2013, where they continue to work.

Beka (Rebekah) Francis earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance from Brigham Young University from 1994 to 1998. Beka (Rebekah) then pursued further education at the University of Arizona, earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the Eller College of Management between 2002 and 2005.
