Michelle Lefler

Michelle Lefler has extensive experience in corporate communications and public relations. Michelle is currently the Vice President of Communications & Public Relations at Aurora Cannabis Inc., where they lead the communications function and develops comprehensive initiatives to reach all stakeholders. Prior to this, they worked at Wrigley as the Corporate Affairs Lead for Canada, overseeing communications across all Canadian business units. Lefler also served as the Manager of Corporate Communications at Kraft Canada Inc., where they led communication initiatives during the Cadbury acquisition and post-merger split. Michelle began their career at Ketchum Public Relations as a Senior Account Executive, managing client portfolios and providing counsel. Michelle also worked at Cohn & Wolfe Public Relations and Burson-Marsteller, gaining experience in international client management and media analysis. Lefler started their career at Global Television, where they managed the development and implementation of the company's Cultural Diversity Plan.

Michelle Lefler has a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Relations from Humber College. Michelle also holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Communication and Design from Ryerson University.
