Victoria Rodriguez-Morrison

Victoria Rodriguez-Morrison is a skilled cultivation scientist currently employed at Aurora Cannabis Inc. since January 2023. In addition, Victoria serves as an instructor at the University of Guelph's Open Learning and Educational Support, teaching courses on Cannabis Production and Cannabis Regulations and Quality Assurance. Past roles include technical coordinator at Master Plant-Prod Inc., plant performance researcher at Canopy Growth Corporation, and co-instructor for the Cannabis Production Course at the University of Guelph. Victoria also conducted graduate research on the effects of light intensity and UV radiation on cannabis physiology under the guidance of Dr. Youbin Zheng. Educational qualifications include a Master's of Science in Horticulture Science from the University of Guelph and ongoing pursuit of a Project Management Certificate from the University of Toronto, along with a Bachelor's degree in Plant Environmental Science from the University of Guelph.
