Nigel Clark

Nigel Clark has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Nigel is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Aurora Energy. Previously, they held various positions at Genesis, including Chief Operations Officer, Executive General Manager Wholesale Operations & Kupe JV, and Executive General Manager Customer and Service Operations. Nigel also worked as a Non Executive Director at Snowy Hydro Limited, Director at East Dock Consulting, and Chief Commercial Officer at Carlton Football Club. Before that, Nigel had a long tenure at Momentum Energy, where they served as Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, and General Manager - Commercial. Nigel also worked at TRUenergy as Head of Strategy and Development - Retail and Electricity Strategy Manager (Portfolio Management). Prior to that, they had several roles at Alcoa, including Manager of Energy Developments - Eastern Australia and Commercial Manager - Victorian Operations. Nigel started their career as a Taxation Graduate at EY and also worked at Coopers & Lybrand as an Audit Graduate - Audit Senior.

Nigel Clark has a Bachelor of Business degree in Accounting from Curtin University, which they obtained from 1983 to 1986. Nigel later pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Curtin University from 1989 to 1991. In 1993 and 1994, Nigel earned a Diploma in Treasury Management from the Australian Society of Corporate Treasurers. Nigel then completed the Columbia Senior Executive Program (CSEP 135) at Columbia Business School in 2013. Nigel also graduated from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2014 as a Company Directors Course Graduate.
