Edward Slack

Edward Slack is an experienced commercial leader in the energy sector, currently serving as Head of Commercial at Aurora Energy Research since January 2021, where responsibilities include managing sales teams and leading business development for energy insight subscription services across Europe. Prior to this, Edward held senior commercial management roles at Reactive Technologies Limited, focusing on grid stability technologies, and at Centrica, where contributions included developing customer value propositions and managing sales for the Distributed Energy business. Edward has a strong background in sales and trading for gas storage products, strategic analysis, and market forecasting gained through earlier positions at Centrica Storage Ltd, RWE Innogy, and RWE npower. Edward holds a degree in Natural Sciences, specializing in Earth Sciences, from the University of Oxford.
