Rohan Sharma, CA, MBA, currently serves as the Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Aurora Energy Research since January 2024. Previously held positions include Interim Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at CitNOW Group and Charles Taylor, where responsibilities included professionalising reporting, optimising costs, and managing investor relations. Rohan has extensive experience in financial planning, M&A, and strategic roles at XLMedia PLC and Travelport, among others, and has a strong background in finance transformation from Deloitte UK and Ernst & Young. Rohan holds an Executive MBA from the University of Warwick and a degree in Accounting and Finance from The University of Manchester.
