Kit Decker

Christopher “Kit” Decker is Chief Financial Officer at Aurora Flight Sciences, a Boeing Company. He oversees Aurora’s finance strategy and structure, most recently serving as a finance manager in Brussels, Belgium with Boeing’s Global Finance Operations. Supporting Boeing’s international organization, Decker led global financial integration efforts, joint venture engagements, and strategic cost optimization initiatives spanning the United Kingdom, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Australia, and India.

Previously, Decker spent four years leading financial execution and reporting efforts as the financial operations manager at Boeing’s Argon ST, which develops C4ISR and combat systems. He joined Boeing in 2006, serving in various finance functions in support of multiple programs including the Missile Defense Systems Engineering Team, Information Solutions, and Cyber & Security Solutions. Decker holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Kentucky.
