Heidi Mitchell

Heidi Mitchell is an accomplished housing developer with a strong background in project management and residential design. Currently serving as the Lead Developer for the Willow Park project at Aurora Housing Authority, Heidi is overseeing the renovation of 64 townhomes and the construction of a 22-unit apartment complex. Previously, as the Owner and Design Consultant at Arrive By Design, Heidi managed a $250,000 budget for a significant residential renovation project aimed at creating multi-generational living spaces. With extensive experience in housing management at Biola University, overseeing a $14 million revenue program, and a solid foundation in administrative roles at Chapman University and Ayres Hotels, Heidi combines design expertise with strategic management skills. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science from Biola University and an Associate's degree from Santiago Canyon College.
