Gregory Paulos has a diverse range of work experience in the field of data analysis and program management. Gregory started their career at FoodChange in 2005, where they served as a Program Manager and Assistant Director. During this time, they supervised staff members and implemented innovative projects, leading to improved outreach success and collaboration with local government agencies. In 2007, Paulos joined the USDA as a Senior Program Specialist, where they managed federal oversight for two State SNAP programs. Gregory successfully partnered with state agency directors to improve performance and achieved significant increases in initial benefit delivery speed. In 2013, they took on the role of Team Lead, overseeing federal oversight for ten State SNAP programs and developing a strategic national plan for fraud detection, which earned him the USDA Secretary's Honor Award. As Section Chief from 2015 to 2017, Paulos supervised a team of 11 staff members and pioneered the use of Python programming language for data analysis and task automation in the analysis of transaction data for potential fraud in the SNAP program. In 2018, they joined Catalyst Secure as a Technical Consultant, and most recently in 2019, they joined Aurora Insight Inc. as a Data Engineer. Paulos' work experience highlights their expertise in data analysis, program management, and their ability to drive positive results through innovation and collaboration.

Gregory Paulos has a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from Emory University. Gregory then pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley. Recently, Gregory completed a Web Development Immersive program at Galvanize Inc.
