James Pearce

James Pearce is an experienced partnerships executive currently serving as Managing Director for MENA and previously as Partnerships Director at Aurora Media Worldwide since December 2017. With a strong background in developing commercial opportunities across the sport, media, and lifestyle sectors, Pearce is committed to enhancing engagement between rights holders, brands, and fans through innovative content and storytelling. Additionally, since March 2022, Pearce has been a mentor at Diversity in the Business of Sport (DiBS), focusing on increasing diversity within the sports business industry by providing mentoring opportunities to young BAME professionals. Prior roles include Head of Commercial at Face Partnership Limited and various positions at Essentially Group, where Pearce specialized in sponsorship and commercial rights sales. Pearce began a career in recruitment as a consultant at Nigel Frank International after achieving a degree from Durham University.
