Gary Sebek

Gary Sebek has extensive experience in the organic dairy industry. Gary served as the Chief Operating Officer at Aurora Organic Dairy from 2017 to present. Before that, they were the President at Aurora Organic Farms (AOFI) from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President Corporate Development at Aurora Organic Dairy from 2011 to 2012. Gary also worked as the Managing Partner at 2x Consumer Products Growth Partners from 2008 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Executive Vice President/CFO at Aurora Organic Dairy from 2005 to 2008. Before joining Aurora Organic Dairy, they were the CEO/CFO at Rudi's Organic Bakery from 2000 to 2005.

Gary Sebek holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from DePaul University, which they received from 1987 to 1991. In 1993, they obtained a Certification of Public Accountant (CPA) from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business at the University of Colorado Denver.
